Office dilapidations
in Bristol
CIG Construction delivered dilapidations works at a two-storey office on a Bristol business park after the occupier relocated. Tenant partitions, a kitchenette and fit-out installations were stripped out and the building services reinstated to an open-plan layout.
New carpet tiles were laid throughout and the building redecorated inside. Externally the windows were restored, brickwork repaired and the air conditioning recommissioned before handover.

Back to open plan, ready to hand over.
Reinstating the lighting, ventilation and fire detection was sequenced with the strip-out so the suspended ceiling was repaired and retiled once. Floor boxes were overhauled and the slab made good where tenant cabling had passed through.
