CIG Construction is building three new three-storey townhouses and a detached coach house with open carports on Portland Street, Staple Hill, as main contractor.
Timber-frame superstructure on new foundations, rendered ground floors with red brick above, front dormers and rear skylights, with drainage, utilities, parking and landscaping to complete the plots.
